TEEN (AGES 16-18)

My son is 16 and plays a lot of tennis, so I picked the gentle teen massage instead of the sports one since he'd never had a massage before. He said the light-to-moderate pressure was actually relaxing and not ticklish like he feared, and he came out way less stiff in his shoulders.

Booked this for my 17-year-old after a long track season and she came out completely relaxed. The light to moderate pressure was just right for her first time, not too intense.

The light to moderate pressure was perfect for my teenager—relaxing without any soreness afterward. She came out of the session noticeably calmer and said it felt like a reset after finals week. We'll definitely book this again.
