Sebastian B. ★★★★★

My posture has been wrecked from hunching over a desk for years, and the firm pressure on my upper back and shoulders finally loosened those deep knots. It's intense during the session but I walked out standing straighter than I have in months.

Richard ★★★★★

I've had chronic tension between my shoulder blades for months and this firm pressure work finally gave me some real relief. The deliberate movements along my spine and hips left me sore for a day, but the tightness that usually greets me every morning was noticeably looser.

Ruby J. ★★★★★

The therapist really zeroed in on the knots along my shoulder blades that I’ve carried for years from bad desk posture. That firm, deliberate pressure was intense in the moment but the release afterward was immediate, and my neck feels looser than it has in months.
